Bill Yount has been a member of Bridge of Life in Hagerstown, Maryland where he is now an Elder, and a home missionary for the past 36 years. He faithfully served in Prison Ministry at Mount Hope Inc. for 23 years and now travels full-time, ministering in churches and Aglow circles. He is currently an Advisor at Large for Aglow International.
Bill’s calling is to encourage the Body of Christ to move forward into God's Destiny as they are sent into the Harvest field. "Humility and Humor" characterize his ministry as he brings forth a fresh word that is "in season" proclaiming the word of the Lord! The shofar or ram's horn is often used in his meetings breaking the powers of darkness over regions, churches and house-holds. The shofar represents God's breath blowing into the nostrils of His people, reviving them and awakening the lost. He travels across the U.S. and at times abroad.
Many of God's messages he ministers prophetically come out of every day life with his family and friends.

"THERE'S A WHOLE LOT OF LIVING
BETWEEN MIRACLES!"
Walking with the Lord for about thirty five years I have
discovered something. There's a whole lot of living between
miracles. There's a whole lot of living between healings. There's
a whole lot of living between personal prophetic words! If
we are going to see them fulfilled God's way in our lives I
believe we must learn to live between these supernatural events.
I have discovered something else. There's a whole lot of living
'after' a miracle. There's a whole lot of living 'after' a
healing. There's a whole lot of living 'after' a personal
prophetic word!
I often share about my mother's healings and miracles she has
experienced time and again throughout her eighty-five years of
life. I sometimes forget myself how long she has waited between
the healings and miracles she has received through faith and
patience. Keep her in prayer. She is believing for another one
right now. The trouble with a miracle is that you don't get one
unless you really need one!
Both of our daughters had our first grandchildren in May
seventeen days apart. They both shared that there was a moment
during their labor that they thought for sure they were going to
die. Then the very next moment they saw their miracle of new
birth. They can both tell you that there was a whole lot of
living in those long nine months before that miracle took place.
And a whole lot of living to be done after their miracle arrived.
For with their miracle came changing diapers, sleepless nights
and no longer living for themselves. There is a popular song out
titled, "A Baby Changes Everything!" I believe a miracle, a
healing or a true prophetic word from the Lord will change
everything about our lives to no longer live for ourselves but
for the Lord.
HAVE WE DONE OUR HOMEWORK WITH THE PROPHETIC WORDS WE
HAVE ALREADY BEEN GIVEN?
I sense we miss many times that still small voice that is drowned
out by our excitement when God touches us. "By the way, I would
like you to change some things in your life so you can keep your
healing and miracle and to become more like Me." When we recieve
a true prophetic word from the Lord I believe it will be awhile
before we are ready for another one. There will be homework to do
and some tests to take. "Until the word of the Lord came to
Joseph, the word of the Lord tried him." Psalm 105:19. With
Joseph's prophetic dream came alot of homework. His first
assignment was how to handle being betrayed and thrown into
a pit. His mid term test was 'how fast can you run from
Potopher's wife?" After being falsely accused, his final exam
was taken in prison. It took him many long years to finish
it. One final question for extra credit was, 'how do you handle
being overlooked when you help someone else get promoted to
freedom?" After living out the right answer for two more years
he received his diploma and graduated to the palace!
WE MUST REMEMBER WHAT GOD'S DREAM IS FOR US. HE IS
DREAMING ABOUT US BEING CHANGED INTO THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF
HIS SON, JESUS!
That is it! That is the real miracle and healing that He is
working on for our lives with the backdrop of eternity in view.
And sometimes God will forgo some healings, miracles and answered
prayers to get us to that place where we cry out..."I surrender
all! I just want you!" With more of Jesus in our lives our eyes
are going to be opened more and more to behold the supernatural
and the miraculous in the ordinary and practical things of
daily living. If your heart is beating, that is a miracle! If you
can see, that is a miracle! If you can breathe that is a miracle!
Let's not miss God in the ordinary miracles that we take for
granted every day. There's a whole lot of living going on!

An Encouraging Word To Imperfect Fathers!

Recently, the Lord has been working overtime in many family relationships, especially between the parents and the children. As fathers, we can be overwhelmed by how we were honestly blinded by our weaknesses, or felt powerless to change them while we were raising our children. When you hear how God is going to grow us up in His Body, you can count on God showing up in the core of the Church--the family we live with everyday. We can go no further in God than our personal home address.
It seems the Lord is opening our eyes to see how our weaknesses and character flaws in parenting have affected our children in later years. The Lord's purpose as these things surface is to restore and heal our relationships. The enemy's plan is to condemn us and to make us feel like failures in the home, ministry, and community. Change seems so slow, even when the Lord brings character flaws to the surface, and sometimes our children remind us of them, in case we have forgotten.
Sometimes we get overwhelmed by things we may have done wrong. But we cannot go back now and change them, especially when our children are grown. Regret can be overwhelming, and as a father, it seems to magnify itself. As I was praying recently over my own past and present shortcomings as a father, my feelings of failure were divinely interrupted by a still, small voice that spoke volumes to my heart...
God said, "Son, you have been focusing on your weaknesses that you think your children have inherited. Have you forgotten that they also inherit your strengths that you were born again with? Stop thinking of all those generational curses the enemy has been filling your mind with that I took at the Cross. Start renewing your mind about your children, for they are now only destined to receive generational blessings--the seed and the seed's seed of the righteous is blessed because of My righteousness that I have given you!" Proverbs 11:21, "The seed of the righteous shall be delivered."
THE FAITH OF A FATHER IS INHERITED IN THEIR CHILDREN'S DNA...'FAITH RUNS IN YOUR FAMILY!'
Proverbs 13:22, "A good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children."
Know that you have one strength available to you that will overcome all of your apparent earthly failures and regrets--and that is your faith! And you have this faith no matter how you raised or didn't raise your children. Your faith in God (of what He has done and not what you have done or didn't do) is part of your children's inheritance now! At this moment in your children's DNA is the very faith to believe for the impossible. This is a faith that will overcome all "a-parent" weaknesses and failures! Know that this faith that saved you will save your children also. It's a saving faith! In fact you have given to your children the most powerful legacy in the universe--God's faith! The major substance that pleases God is FAITH! The faith that is in you is already in your children's DNA and it is their "Destiny Now Arising" (DNA)!
"I will cause your children to remember the good times they had with you. I will bring to their remembrance precious memories that the enemy has not allowed them to remember at all. Likewise, I will cause the fathers to remember precious moments and the good things about their children. These memories will become strongholds in their minds to know that My hand is upon their children no matter where they are or what they are doing. See them and treat them as though they are already saved, healed, and delivered and complete in Me! Have I ever failed you? And I will never fail your children either or even your children's children!"

Obeying God Will Not Always Give You Goosebumps

For years now, most mornings when I wake up, I soak in the most anointed worship and praise music I can get a hold of. Nothing changes us like being in His presence. I am learning that when God's presence becomes so strong and great, that it is too much for just me alone. Often after being in His presence, I find that something was in the making for me to release it to someone, somehow, somewhere. For many years, the presence of God in that living room where I soak has released a strong anointing, saturating the walls, ceiling and floor of that room. For many years, I thought this was my secret place just for me to be with Jesus, and He with me. Recently though, through uncontrollable events, my mother who is believing for another touch from the Lord for her health, may one day be coming to stay with us. The only room she will be able to make as her own room is the part of the living room that has been soaked with the presence of God for years. God is amazing how He goes ahead of us and prepares us and even our homes to be used for His Kingdom purposes. God has been preparing my wife and I that the next great move of the Spirit will challenge us to be willing to do some practical deeds of love, which will release supernatural healings and events.
Matthew 25:35,36 For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.
"I Am Going to Redeem the Times that You said "NO!" to Me."
I believe we all have missed one of those golden opportunities that we said "no" to by being led by feelings instead of faith. Can our disobedience ever be redeemed?
Recently, I blew a silver trumpet to open up a meeting. The Lord showed me that "silver" represents "redemption." When I blew that silver trumpet, I sensed the Lord saying: "I am going to redeem the times that you said, 'No!' to Me! I am going to give you other opportunities! Other opportunities that are going to cause you to forget your regrets. When I look at you, I see no regrets, for there are other opportunities I am bringing your way. And if you will say 'yes' to these opportunities and follow through, it will produce a hundred-fold first fruits today, more than they would have yesterday or years gone by! The Lord says, "This is a turn-around day! This is your turn-around day! I am going to turn things around for you. I am going to turn many of you around who have said 'NO' to Me to say 'YES!' I am going to turn things around and cause you to say 'yes' with joy. For you are now going to delight to do My will. Forget the past. Your past is not your present. The winter is over and gone. And what has been working against you in the past is now going to work for you! Rejoice, for I have greater and better opportunities coming now than ever before! Opportunities that will restore to you the years the cankerworm and palmerworm have eaten from you."
Worshiping God through daily obedience is perhaps our greatest challenge. Obeying God will not always give us goose bumps but will often cost us something. Have you ever obeyed the Lord and you felt like you didn't get anything out of it? Do you know why? It is because God got it all! Our life is not for us. It is all for Him. "Sacrificial" worship, perhaps Heaven's greatest attention-getter, is when we don't feel like obeying or praising the Lord but we do anyway. But when we do, God's heart skips a beat to be with us, whatever the problem.
I am pretty sure Paul and Silas didn't "feel" led to praise the Lord at midnight in prison. Their backs were against the wall as a result of their obedience in preaching the Gospel. But they had learned by experience that the midnight hour was perfect timing to worship in their perfect storm. They knew God could not resist praise and worship. His foot was bound to tap on the earth again for them, and you know the rest of the story! The jailor got the "goose bumps" as he witnessed his whole household receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior!

It's interesting that the spies were sent in to spy out the Promised Land when the first grapes of the season were ripe. I sense the Lord wanted all twelve spies to focus on the fruit of that land and not the giants. I am sure Joshua and Caleb kept hearing how big the giants and walled up cities were from those ten spies while they were taking their tour. I believe Joshua and Caleb got to thinking, "If the giants are really that big, can you imagine how big that fruit must be?" Joshua and Caleb were obsessed, looking for the fruit of the land of promise. What we look for is what we will find. They came back with a cluster of grapes so big, it took two men to carry one cluster on a pole out of the valley of Eschol.
GOD CALLED THE LAND THAT WAS FULL OF HEATHEN GIANTS AND UNGODLY CITIES, WALLED UP TO HEAVEN "A GOOD LAND THAT FLOWS WITH MILK AND HONEY!"
Psalm 27:13 "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living."
THE "CLUSTER" OF GRAPES WAS THE KEY TO GETTING BACK INTO THE PROMISED LAND!
I noticed that Joshua and Caleb still stuck it out with that unbelieving bunch of "sour" grapes that eventually dried up in the wilderness and became raisins. God separated Joshua and Caleb from them, later in His timing, and they finally got to enter into their inheritance. But they hung in there, for they knew the key to get back into the Promised Land was to stay together and let the process prepare them for what was ahead.
Isaiah 65:8 "...as the new wine is found in the cluster, destroy it not; for a blessing is in it."
God has a corporate vision right now for His Kingdom in the earth, so we must be in a cluster of believers, and we must connect with churches, tribes, tongues, and nations--for God is too big for just our ministry, church, or home group. I sense that what God has in mind is beyond us. This new wine cannot be made from just one grape--one ministry, one church, or one vision. Without connecting to the cluster, your life and ministry is bound to dry up.
I SAW THE HANDS OF GOD COMING UPON THIS CLUSTER OF GRAPES OF THE NATIONS...HIS HANDS ARE ABOUT TO BLESS US BEYOND MEASURE!
I saw some pressure coming upon this huge cluster of grapes where you and I were placed by the hand of God. We first thought this pressure was coming from the enemy or other grapes in this cluster. But I clearly saw the hands of God begin to squeeze this cluster to make the best new wine that He was saving for this last, end-time, harvest revival.
You can always tell when God is about to make new wine from the cluster where you are placed...some grapes will begin to "wine."
IT'S TIME WE SAY TO THE GRAPE NEXT TO US...GOD IS SMARTER THAN YOU AND I!
As His hands continued to put pressure on us in this cluster, some grapes began to cry out, "Oh, God, I can't handle this bunch You put me with. Please get me out of here!" The Lord responded, "I will, My way, just hang in there!" As more pressure was put on this cluster, some grapes began to cry out. "Lord, I am not being appreciated here. These grapes around me seem to be hindering my gifting, calling, and dream You have given me. I seem to be losing my identity." The Lord says, "You are right on schedule. You have been too thin-skinned, and your brokenness is a must for what I am about to do. If you lose your life, you will find it in Me!" Most of the grapes in this cluster had no idea what God was really up to. More than our dreams, plans, and ministries, God seems to be after something more than we could understand. I think it is time we say to the grape next to us, "God is smarter than you and I!"
"THE ANOINTING FOR THE HARVEST OF THE NATIONS IS IN THE 'CLUSTER' OF GRAPES!"
As the hand of God kept squeezing this cluster, many grapes were being broken to pieces. The tears, producing the juice of the grapes, dripped down from the cluster onto the earth, becoming the new wine for the great harvest of the nations.

Psalm 128:4 "As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5. ..."they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate."
I was sitting on the passenger side of our car as my son, eighteen years of age, was driving home from school. He was mentioning something about his small business of 'media promotions' when all of a sudden I experienced like a raging fire burning inside of me that I have never felt in my whole life. I said to the Lord, "What is this fire that is burning me up on the inside as though it would consume me?" I sensed the Lord saying, "I am allowing you to feel your son's passion to promote businesses that is burning like a wild fire inside of his bones. He represents a generation who will be used like no other generation in the market places of the earth! My fire inside of this chosen generation is burning up every mold and every boundary of limitation that has been ingrained in them by this present world. I can only allow you to experience a small flickering of the flame of that fire, for any more would literally consume you!"
"I WILL GIVE THEM WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE BEYOND THE ELITE OF THIS PRESENT GENERATION!" Psalm 119:98-100
Psalm 119:98 "Lord, through thy commandments, you have made me wiser than my enemies: for they are ever with me. 99. "I have more understanding than all my teachers; for thy testimonies are my meditation." 100 "I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts."
I sensed the Lord saying, "My fire is burning up the molds of generational thought patterns that have told them, "you must do it this way or that way." I am going to use them in unusual, unique ways like no other generation. I will scatter them into the highways and byways and market places of the earth. I will give them wisdom and knowledge beyond the elite of this present age. I will use them to break open the fountain of wisdom of witty inventions and things not yet created. Some will begin to lead leaders of this present generation at a young age in the fields of technology and industry."
"THEY WILL BE USED AS 'BATTERING RAMS' TO BREAK DOWN THE WALLS BETWEEN THE OLDER AND YOUNGER GENERATIONS!"
These young firebrands will seem to have the blood of both the young and older generation mixed in their DNA. Their zeal of child-like faith and simplicity will produce a re-firing in the older generation while their ancient wisdom will infuse spiritual stability and maturity into the younger generation. This will act as a cohesive agent igniting love and understanding, bringing both generations together in unity. This younger generation will begin to see visions of older people's dreams and will help their dreams come true.
Recently, my great nephew who is twenty-one, went with me on a ministry trip to two churches. I thought I would let him get his feet wet since he has never shared his testimony out side of the little church he attends. As he stood up and began to share a five minute testimony, his countenance shone as the glory of the Lord came upon him. He shared how he had been raised in a terrible disfunctional family, yet influenced by praying grandparents. God had kept him and used the brokeness and struggles he endured to create the fire of God he now carried. An anointing of deliverance fell like lightning upon the people, breaking whole families free from their bondages and prisons. It seemed that that whole church had families who were struggling with loved ones in bondage to sin. Since my nephew was an overcomer, his prayer carried the key of God's power to unlock the prison doors for many of those families, setting them free.
PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS MUST RELEASE THE YOUNGER GENERATION...THE LORD HAS NEED OF THEM!

"Diamonds in the 'Rough' are Rising in Demand in the Jewelry Market and in God's Kingdom!"
DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH ARE IN DEMAND!
I read an article published on July 28, 2007, by The Wall Street Journal with the title, "'Rough' diamonds -- some looking more like gravel than gems -- edge into the jewelry market." Here are some excerpts taken from that article, "A new look in diamond jewelry is on the rise...Known as rough diamonds, these are the stones in their natural state, before they've been cut with the facets that give diamonds the sparkle, brilliance and clarity they are known for...Luxury consumers are maturing "beyond the 'look at me' phase."
As I read this article, I sensed the Father saying:
"I'll buy that! This is what is happening in My Kingdom this hour concerning My treasures, diamonds and jewels. My people have been so busy trying to get the world to see My glory, My light and My brilliance. And they have been afraid that their 'earthen' vessel would hinder the world from seeing Me."
"But the world is now desiring to see 'spiritual' diamonds in the rough in My people who have some 'earth' in them, so they can relate to someone who doesn't have it altogether and probably never will. Yet, they can see something shining forth in these lives in spite of their imperfections. The 'earthiness' of My vessels does not take away from My glory, but actually enhances it to shine all the more brighter."
It is Christ in us Who is the Hope of glory! Colossians 1:27, "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the Hope of glory."
Matthew 6:10,
"Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven." I sense God is looking for some "earth" to manifest His Kingdom in. I sense He is calling His earthen vessels, "diamonds in the rough" to come forth, willing to be real and transparent to this lost world while the Lord patiently works in our lives, changing us from glory to glory. If God saved you and me, He can save anybody!
I AM RELEASING MY GLORY THROUGH ROUGH, UNPOLISHED DIAMONDS IN THE EARTH...MANY WHO HAVE BEEN REJECTED FROM MY OWN HOUSE!
"Some of My people have hindered My glory from moving throughout the earth. They have become enamored with perfection, waiting to be cut just perfectly before they think the world will see Me in them. Many of My people like diamonds are waiting to be cut and polished until no earthly resemblance is left in them. Many then get stranded inside of My house thinking if they go into the world, something earthly could stain and cause My shine to fade."
"But now, I am releasing My glory into the earth as I release My diamonds in the rough. Many of these vessels who seem more 'earthy' than others will begin to shine even brighter as My glory pierces through these cracked and seemingly broken vessels. The defects in some earthen vessels will actually give way to more of My glory shining through them."
The most valuable fine cut diamonds in the world can only be seen in museums under lock and key. They can never be touched by human hands. Diamonds in the "rough" can turn up anywhere and can be touched by anyone. Be careful who you think has a lot of earth left in them after they are saved...there may be a larger diamond under all that earth!
2 Corinthians 4:7,
"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"MANY BOOKS, SONGS, SCREENPLAYS AND ARTWORK THAT WERE REJECTED--WILL NOW BE RELEASED!"

Psalm 102:13, "Thou shalt arise and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favor her, yea, the set time has come."I saw angels scavenging through trash cans, old filing cabinets and dusty warehouses, picking up rejected manuscripts of books, songs, screenplays and artwork, and then declaring, "THESE HAVE BEEN WRITTEN AND CREATED AHEAD OF THEIR TIME--BUT THEIR TIME IS NOW!"
Ahead of your time? Have you written a book, a song, a screenplay or have drawn artwork and thought that something was holding it back or thought it was seemingly unnoticed by man? I want to encourage you--you may have had an angel hiding what God has given you to do--keeping it for its divine timing. You may have written or created a divine project that was not meant to be released in your time frame, but I am sensing God's timing for many of His overlooked creations--IS NOW!
The waiting and the aging of these creations which seemingly brought "death" to these dreams have only caused God's anointing to increase greater upon them. Through man's "rejecting," God is now "injecting" them with resurrection power!
You May Have a Best Seller!
I saw angels checking out books and manuscripts that have lain dormant in authors basements; and these angels are now proclaiming, "THERE'S A 'BEST SELLER' IN THAT CELLAR!"
I saw "publishing" angels sitting on stacks of books that were written ahead of their time, but these angels are now arising! These authors were strongly anointed as those who were seemingly "born out of season" and their divine projects were ahead of their time, but--their time has now come to be published and to be heard abroad.
Going to High Places
Some writings will ultimately end up in kings' palaces, as well as the prisons and rescue missions of the earth, for kings sit in both places. World leaders will find these divine writings in their laps delivered by the hands of "dignitary" angels. Some rejected and forgotten artwork will now be adorning the walls of government buildings and the palaces of world leaders!
I saw angels picking up discarded forms of divine artwork from the storage rooms of art stores and closets. These artworks are from original artists who have given up hopes and dreams of their artwork which God had called them to do. These same paintings and forms of prophetic artwork are now finding their way into the halls of justice to hang on the walls and will prophesy into the governments of the world. Some artwork have the address of the "Oval Office of the President of the United States" written on them, and some are also destined to the hallways of the White House.
Other paintings and artwork will find their way even into Middle East palaces to adorn their walls with justice and help break the powers of darkness off of the minds of world leaders who assemble in these renowned palaces in the earth. Some of the most profound artwork are coming from the prison cells of prisoners and will be found in mansions of the richest men in the world.
Multiple Births
Some authors, whose difficult projects have given them great labor pains, will discover that there is more than one dream in their womb! I sense some novels and screenplays that have taken so long and have had great difficulty in finishing, have God's timing in them after all. The patient labor of these projects has only increased the size of their destiny and having been carried full term--are now nearing God's delivery room.
With surprise, some authors will give birth unexpectedly to twins--a "novel" and a "movie!" From trash cans to theater screens, from filing cabinets to governmental cabinets, and from the warehouse to the White House--DEAD DREAMS ARE RISING!
